• Advance strategic alignment across underwriting, contracting, and benefit design

• 10+ years of experience in employee benefits consulting and relationship management
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines
• Established relationships and knowledge of national and regional health plans
• Experience managing a network of health plan advisors for strategic guidance
