Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Carrier Relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year strategic vision for carrier partnerships to align with revenue and product goals
• Lead the acquisition and negotiation of new strategic carrier partnerships at the executive level
• Manage and mentor a team of Carrier Channel Managers while overseeing partnership health and revenue forecasting

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in benefits, insurance, or related technology sales, with 3-5 years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to create and execute a strategic vision for a high-growth channel
• Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with experience engaging C-level executives
• Strong history of meeting revenue targets and expanding carrier partnerships
• Superior organizational and time management skills
