Vice President of Category Experience

Job Summary

To drive profitable growth in North America's emerging categories, the full-time remote Vice President of Category Experience will formulate and execute holistic commercial strategies, optimize operational efficiencies, and cultivate a high-performing team focused on exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and execute the commercial strategy as the P&L owner for emerging growth categories and consumer segments
• Orchestrate the transition toward high-growth products while optimizing operational efficiencies across foundational categories
• Proactively influence cross-functional teams to synchronize efforts and deliver on global category strategies

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of business leadership in e-commerce, with at least 8 years in people leadership roles
• Proven track record of managing complex categories and delivering profitable growth
• Exceptional ability to navigate and collaborate within highly matrixed organizations
• Comprehensive understanding of e-commerce ecosystems and customer-first advocacy
• Experience in workflow innovation and leveraging AI tools for strategic optimization
