Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Category Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead category management teams and establish strategic direction within the procurement strategy
• Develop and execute global and regional category strategies across various spend areas
• Build relationships with business units and ensure alignment between account goals and procurement objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years of relevant strategic sourcing and category management experience
• Professional certifications preferred (e.g., CPSM, CIPS, C.P.M.)
• In-depth knowledge of strategic sourcing and category management
• Strong contract negotiation and management skills
