Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, performance, and execution of centralized operational functions to enhance care model performance and support multi-market expansion
• Establish KPIs and performance frameworks to ensure operational visibility across the organization
• Design and implement new national service lines and processes for engagement and care delivery

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in healthcare leadership roles, ideally in a high-growth organization
• Deep understanding of value-based economics and operations
• Experience in a clinical-operational dyad model
• Proven ability to design and scale clinical and operational processes in a start-up environment
• Strong leadership presence and executive communication skills
