Job Summary
Leading the development and execution of the North America partner strategy, the full-time remote Vice President of Channel Sales will manage a high-performing team while driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships in the agentic automation market.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own the North America channel sales strategy, including partner investment prioritization
- Deliver on channel-sourced ARR targets and maintain accountability for bookings and pipeline accuracy
- Lead and develop a team of Partner Account Managers, fostering a high-performance culture
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 6 years in channel or indirect sales leadership roles
- Proven track record of building and scaling indirect sales organizations contributing to ARR growth
- Deep familiarity with North America enterprise automation software partner ecosystems
- Experience in hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing channel sales teams
- Strong analytical skills with experience managing complex forecasts and partner KPIs
