Key Responsibilities

• Set and execute the enterprise strategy for commercial and casualty claims handling
• Oversee all aspects of commercial and casualty claim operations, driving performance against key performance indicators
• Lead, mentor, and develop senior claims leaders, fostering a high-performing claims culture

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in commercial and casualty claims, with significant litigation leadership
• 5+ years of supervisory experience, particularly with remote teams
• Experience in high-severity liability portfolios and complex commercial insurance environments
• Deep expertise in coverage interpretation and negotiation of large losses
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or JD preferred
