A company is looking for a Vice President - Claims Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute a growth plan for claims services in the Americas
• Establish and grow relationships with C-level executives and senior claims leaders
• Stay informed on market trends and lead thought leadership initiatives in claims innovation

Required Qualifications

• 12 to 20 years of experience in P&C insurance, reinsurance, or claims operations
• Strong knowledge of the claims lifecycle and related challenges
• Experience in closing complex engagements and navigating large-scale sales cycles
• Certifications such as CPCU, ARM, or AIC are a plus
• Familiarity with claims automation tools or predictive analytics is beneficial
