Vice President of Claims Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Claims Operations to lead and enhance claims performance and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive claims operations performance through governance and benchmarking of third-party administrators (TPAs)
• Build and lead KPI-driven reporting to measure effectiveness and promote continuous improvement
• Establish a formal TPA governance and Quality Assurance program to ensure consistent claims quality

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive claims experience, preferably in Property & Casualty lines
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong knowledge of claims processes and regulatory compliance
• Experience defining analytical requirements for claims-related reports and metrics
• Proficiency in claims management systems and data reporting tools
