Vice President of Client Delivery

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of custom data product engagements, the full-time remote Vice President of Client Delivery will manage a team of project managers, ensuring delivery quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction while engaging with senior-level commercial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of project managers responsible for building custom data products, establishing delivery standards and methodologies
• Serve as the senior executive point of contact for clients, managing expectations and engaging on escalations for strategically important accounts
• Oversee the successful delivery of data collection and quality engagements, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality commitments

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in project or program delivery leadership, particularly with complex data projects for commercial clients
• Proven experience managing teams of project managers and large commercial client relationships at the executive level
• Strong fluency in data products, data pipelines, and data quality operations, with exposure to AI and machine learning
• Experience in a data services or comparable data-as-a-product business is preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus but not required with equivalent experience
