Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned client accounts, ensuring alignment with business strategies

• Manage account financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• 15+ years of experience in the Retail/Specialty/Wholesale Insurance Market or Financial Services
• Prior experience in a large consulting firm with a focus on strategy, technology, and client advisory
• Proven track record in managing large accounts and driving revenue growth
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
