Vice President of Client Engagement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Client Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage key customer relationships to ensure client retention and growth
• Monitor performance to meet/exceed SLAs while managing P&L for clients
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients and assist in sales collateral development

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business administration, health care administration, or a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare transactions such as billing and customer service
• 3+ years of experience managing Tier 1 and 2 accounts in a Central Business Office (CBO) environment
• Download speed of 30MB or higher and upload speed of 10MB or higher
• Access to a secure and private workspace
