Vice President of Client Implementation

Job Summary

Vice President of Client Implementation will oversee client onboarding, integration, and stabilization initiatives in a full-time, exempt role, ensuring operational readiness and client success throughout the client lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute client implementation and integration strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Lead operational integration efforts for newly acquired clients and service lines
• Serve as executive sponsor for high-profile client implementations and manage escalated issues

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations or client implementation
• At least 7 years in senior leadership or executive roles overseeing large-scale implementations
• Experience in PE-backed healthcare services or high-growth environments preferred
• Proven track record in leading hospital system implementations and operational integrations
