Job Summary
Leading strategic client relationships, the remote Vice President of Client Partnerships will provide both strategic and tactical leadership for a portfolio of clients, managing day-to-day account operations and fostering team motivation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee multiple client engagements, ensuring financial health and quality of work products
- Manage and mentor cross-disciplinary teams to drive successful client outcomes and foster a culture of accountability
- Develop engagement strategies and maintain strong relationships with key client executives to identify new opportunities for growth
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in leading large-scale client engagements within a digital agency, consultancy, or tech-services environment
- Proven track record managing $5M+ of client work with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Experience in account management, growth strategies, and leading cross-functional teams
- Strong ability to develop and execute engagement strategies in collaboration with department heads and project teams
- Excellent presentation and documentation skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing team talent
