Job Summary
To lead client engagement strategy and drive sustainable revenue growth, the full-time salaried Vice President of Client Partnerships will oversee account management leaders, build executive-level relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as executive sponsor for strategic accounts, maintaining C-level client relationships and aligning business strategies with digital transformation
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex engagements, managing dependencies, risks, and ensuring alignment across scope, budget, and quality
- Own overall revenue growth and profitability targets, partnering with sales to identify new opportunities and negotiate long-term partnerships
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years in client-facing leadership roles within consulting, digital agency, or professional services
- 5+ years managing account management or client partnership teams at scale
- Proven success with large account portfolios and strong executive presence
- Experience in the utilities industry is strongly preferred
