Job Summary
As a senior commercial leader, the full-time remote Vice President of Client Partnerships will manage a team of approximately 15 Client Partners, overseeing the full client relationship lifecycle for brand and agency accounts, driving retention, product adoption, and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Client Partners and senior individual contributors, setting performance expectations and supporting career development
- Define and execute tailored client relationship strategies to deepen product adoption and expand partnership scope
- Build and sustain executive-level relationships with top brand and agency clients to ensure long-term value realization
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in client-facing roles within the media, advertising, or adtech ecosystem
- At least 5 years of people management experience leading teams of 10 or more
- Proven track record of managing and growing a large book of business with measurable results
- Deep familiarity with brand marketing and agency operations, including media planning processes
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
