Job Summary
The full-time remote Vice President of Client Services will oversee client relations, operational effectiveness, and revenue generation while ensuring client satisfaction and retention across multiple locations.
Key responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain client account plans to achieve satisfaction and retention goals
- Support the development of client relationships and assist in account renegotiations and RFPs
- Identify and implement process improvements for operational effectiveness and client-specific requirements
Required qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or Marketing
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in Client Services or Account Management within the BPO or Customer Experience industry
- Experience supporting clients in the CX BPO healthcare sector
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
