Job Summary

The full-time remote Vice President of Client Services will oversee client relations, operational effectiveness, and revenue generation while ensuring client satisfaction and retention across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain client account plans to achieve satisfaction and retention goals
  • Support the development of client relationships and assist in account renegotiations and RFPs
  • Identify and implement process improvements for operational effectiveness and client-specific requirements
Required qualifications:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or Marketing
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in Client Services or Account Management within the BPO or Customer Experience industry
  • Experience supporting clients in the CX BPO healthcare sector
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
