Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President I, Client Service Tech.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior level leadership for complex client relationships and translate client needs into effective solutions
• Build and sustain long-term client partnerships while ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with client goals
• Lead global teams to deliver solutions accurately and on time, driving continuous improvement in data quality and operational performance

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire trust and effectively lead teams
• Proven technical abilities in data management tools, with experience using Excel; Unify experience preferred
• Demonstrated understanding of AI fundamentals and experience with automation tools preferred
• Ability to work across cultures and time zones with a strategic mindset
