Job Summary

Seeking a visionary Vice President of Client Services, the full-time remote role will direct the strategic vision and operations of the Care Navigator Team, focusing on scaling a high-touch support ecosystem and enhancing member care quality.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the 3-year strategic vision and operational roadmap for the Care Navigator Team to support enterprise growth
  • Leverage business intelligence and performance insights to elevate service quality and customer experience
  • Establish service excellence frameworks and KPIs grounded in lean methodologies and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
  • 15+ years of leadership in servicing and operations, with at least 5 years in healthcare software/SaaS
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale service transformations and enterprise modernization
  • Deep experience with business intelligence and performance management systems
  • Strong background in lean and scalable service delivery models
  • Proven ability to integrate AI and automation into contact center workflows
