Job Summary

Leading client relations and operational effectiveness, the full-time Vice President of Client Services will manage revenue generation and client retention while supporting the launch and scaling of a new clinical pharmacy service line in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain client account plans to enhance satisfaction and retention
  • Support the development of client relationships and participate in account renegotiations and RFPs
  • Implement process improvements for operational effectiveness and oversee the rollout of new healthcare service programs
Required qualifications
  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, or Marketing
  • 10-15 years of experience in Client Management/Engagement
  • Prior leadership experience in BPO/call center environments or healthcare operations
  • Strong foundation in technology platforms and familiarity with AI-enabled tools
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred, particularly in pharmacy operations or payer services
