Job Summary
Leading a dynamic team, the full-time Vice President of Client Services will oversee client satisfaction and retention, drive revenue growth, and ensure seamless integration of services across Creative and Logistics functions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the client services team to foster high performance and accountability
- Design and implement scalable processes to enhance client lifetime value and net revenue retention
- Act as the executive point of contact for key clients, identifying opportunities for account growth and expanded service delivery
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in client services or account management within digital marketing or agency environments
- Proven experience managing a P&L of $20M or more, including budgeting and financial analysis
- Demonstrated ability to develop standardized processes and protocols in partnership with Finance/Operations teams
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of increasing client lifetime value and retention
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
