Vice President of Client Services

Job Summary

Leading a dynamic team, the full-time Vice President of Client Services will oversee client satisfaction and retention, drive revenue growth, and ensure seamless integration of services across Creative and Logistics functions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the client services team to foster high performance and accountability
• Design and implement scalable processes to enhance client lifetime value and net revenue retention
• Act as the executive point of contact for key clients, identifying opportunities for account growth and expanded service delivery

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in client services or account management within digital marketing or agency environments
• Proven experience managing a P&L of $20M or more, including budgeting and financial analysis
• Demonstrated ability to develop standardized processes and protocols in partnership with Finance/Operations teams
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of increasing client lifetime value and retention
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
