Vice President of Client Success

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Client Success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate client-facing presentation materials and ensure high-quality design and messaging
• Manage response and escalation issues from Customer Service through Account Management
• Develop and document processes for implementation and address gaps within current systems

Qualifications:

• Track record of success in a cross-functional space
• Proven experience in account management and implementations, preferably within the PEO/payroll industry
• Experience in process development and documentation
• Ability to manage and direct resources effectively
• Strong understanding of organizational strengths for continuous improvement
