Vice President of Client Success

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Client Success - BFSI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a specialized client portfolio across BFSI clients and nurture client relationships to drive business growth
• Manage P&L responsibilities and develop short and long-term business strategies aligned with client needs and market trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions and best practices for client management and retention

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of business leadership experience, preferably in the customer experience industry
• In-depth knowledge of customer experience within banking, financial services, and/or insurance sectors
• Experience with sales processes, contact center operations, and financial metrics for service delivery
• Proven ability to influence and manage within matrix organizations
• Experience serving large, complex Fortune 500 clients in fast-paced environments
