Vice President of Client Success

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Client Success - Retail (US Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and nurture relationships with retail clients to grow a profitable book of business
• Oversee P&L responsibilities and ensure alignment with financial goals and client needs
• Develop and implement short and long-term business strategies in collaboration with internal teams

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of business leadership experience, preferably in the customer experience industry
• In-depth knowledge of customer experience with enterprise-level retail clients
• Experience with sales processes, contact center operations, and financial metrics
• Proven success in managing large, complex Fortune 500 client relationships
• Ability to inspire and lead teams while maintaining a collaborative approach
