Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Client Success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee client service delivery and strategic planning while maintaining executive-level relationships
• Manage and lead the Client Success team, including training and mentoring staff
• Implement and maintain KPIs and analytics for client account performance and satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Healthcare, business, or related fields
• Ten (10) years of progressive responsibility in Healthcare
• At least seven (7) years in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or related field
• Basic familiarity with medical billing and the current regulatory environment for healthcare
• Proven strong leadership and management skills
