Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President, Client Solutions to lead their Nonprofit Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and manage overall performance of the nonprofit sales portfolio
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of client success and sales directors while establishing sales targets and pipeline management standards
- Implement sales methodologies and partner with executive leadership on market positioning and growth priorities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in fundraising, direct mail, or marketing services
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Demonstrated leadership experience with sales or client success teams
- Proven track record of revenue growth and enterprise client expansion
- Experience selling complex, multi-service solutions to national nonprofits
