Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Client Success Managers
- Define and operationalize the enterprise client success strategy across large-scale accounts
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients while driving growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in B2B or B2B2C client success or account management, including 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of managing large-scale client portfolios ($25M+ ARR)
- Experience in building and scaling client success organizations in complex environments
- Strong executive presence with experience engaging senior stakeholders
- Deep experience in driving revenue growth through expansion strategies in financial services or fintech
