Key responsibilities
  • Accountable for client retention and churn management across the entire portfolio
  • Oversee revenue and net revenue retention, ensuring expansion from existing clients
  • Lead strategic client conversations and ensure high-quality delivery standards
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in a client success or account management role with measurable retention and expansion results
  • Experience managing distributed teams, including full-time employees and contractors
  • Strong understanding of AI's impact on client delivery and experience operating in an AI-first environment
  • Ability to communicate directly and transparently with clients and leadership
  • Demonstrated capability to build and maintain performance standards in a lean organizational structure
