Job Summary
Owning the full post-sale client engine, the full-time salaried Vice President of Client Success will manage client retention, revenue growth, and delivery quality while leading a team of directors in a remote-first, AI-powered digital agency.
Key responsibilities
- Accountable for client retention and churn management across the entire portfolio
- Oversee revenue and net revenue retention, ensuring expansion from existing clients
- Lead strategic client conversations and ensure high-quality delivery standards
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in a client success or account management role with measurable retention and expansion results
- Experience managing distributed teams, including full-time employees and contractors
- Strong understanding of AI's impact on client delivery and experience operating in an AI-first environment
- Ability to communicate directly and transparently with clients and leadership
- Demonstrated capability to build and maintain performance standards in a lean organizational structure
