Job Summary

Leading a specialized client portfolio in the BFSI vertical, the full-time remote Vice President of Client Success will nurture client relationships, drive profitable growth, and ensure alignment between organizational objectives and client needs while leveraging expertise in customer experience and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as a visionary for the client portfolio, understanding CX delivery and technology-enabled solutions
  • Manage full P&L responsibility and develop short and long-term business strategies to meet financial goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategies and ensure best practices for client management and retention
Required qualifications
  • 15+ years of business leadership experience, preferably in the customer experience industry
  • In-depth knowledge of customer experience with BFSI clients
  • Proven ability to influence and manage within matrix organizations
  • Experience serving large, complex Fortune 500 clients in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, contact center operations, and financial metrics for service delivery
