Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Client Success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a standardized client success playbook to enhance client satisfaction, mitigate churn, and drive net portfolio growth
- Lead and mentor a global client success team, fostering a culture of client-centricity and high performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of company strategies
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in a client-facing role with leadership across multiple companies
- Experience in a high-growth, PE-backed environment
- Proven track record of net portfolio growth and retention in a multi-SaaS product organization
- Experience leading client success initiatives for both Enterprise and SMB segments
- Exceptional leadership skills in a 100% distributed environment
