Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Client Support.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
  • 12+ years of experience in client support or service operations, with at least 5 years in a VP-level or senior director role
  • Experience in higher education, healthcare, or corporate enterprises with complex client needs
  • Proven track record in implementing generative AI tools to enhance support efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Strong data orientation and experience with SaaS or enterprise technology platforms
