Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
- 12+ years of experience in client support or service operations, with at least 5 years in a VP-level or senior director role
- Experience in higher education, healthcare, or corporate enterprises with complex client needs
- Proven track record in implementing generative AI tools to enhance support efficiency and client satisfaction
- Strong data orientation and experience with SaaS or enterprise technology platforms
