Vice President of Clinical Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Clinical Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and refinement of the musculoskeletal (MSK) navigation model and protocols
• Define workflows and requirements for the care navigation platform in collaboration with Product and Engineering
• Build and lead a high-performing team of care navigators and ensure clinical governance and compliance

Required Qualifications

• College degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, or a related field; clinical training preferred
• 10+ years of experience in clinical operations or healthcare navigation, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven success in designing and scaling clinical programs focused on patient education and navigation
• Experience with technology platform development for clinical staff
• Familiarity with evidence-based musculoskeletal care and non-surgical care pathways preferred
