Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical operations, population health, or healthcare services operations
• Nursing or other clinical degree required
• Experience managing operational performance and financial outcomes
• Strong people leadership experience with a focus on engagement and retention
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into operational execution
