Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of AuthAI's clinical delivery model, the full-time remote Vice President of Clinical Operations will drive the transformation of utilization management while overseeing clinical operations, ensuring compliance, and enhancing patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Owning clinical delivery timelines and overseeing pre-sales scoping and resource planning
• Creating strong clinical oversight models and leading policy mapping for operational readiness
• Managing client escalations and ensuring timely resolution of clinical issues

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in nursing, healthcare administration, business, or a related field
• 3-4+ years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare setting, including change management
• Prior experience in healthcare or utilization management, with a focus on leading operations teams
• Understanding of health plan operations and payer experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
