Job Summary
To drive strategic growth and client partnerships, the remote Vice President of Clinical Development & Operations will manage clinical development strategies, oversee business development initiatives, and lead high-performing teams within the Clinical & Regulatory practice.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to pharmaceutical and biotechnology executives, shaping enterprise-level clinical development strategies
- Lead business development efforts, originating client relationships and expanding existing accounts to meet revenue growth objectives
- Provide senior oversight on complex client engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and exceptional client experiences
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in clinical development, clinical operations, or life sciences consulting at a senior leadership level
- Expertise in clinical development strategy and operations across multiple stages of the drug development lifecycle
- 10+ years of client-facing experience in consulting or advisory roles, with a track record of leading complex engagements
- Proven business development experience, including developing senior client relationships and leading proposals
- Established network within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, particularly among senior stakeholders
