Vice President of Clinical Operations

Job Summary

Leading the global clinical operations team, the full-time Vice President of Clinical Operations will execute clinical trial programs, develop high-performance team members, and ensure strategic planning and operational delivery of clinical trials in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of clinical trial programs and manage the global clinical operations team
• Develop and implement clinical operations strategies, ensuring alignment with cross-functional partners
• Attract, coach, and retain high-performance team members while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical clinical drug development, with at least 7-8 years in global clinical trial management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in biological sciences or healthcare
• Proven track record in conducting global clinical trials, particularly in Oncology
• Extensive knowledge of clinical development processes, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
• Experience in building relationships with executive leadership and influencing strategic decisions
