Vice President of Clinical Operations
Job Summary
Driving operational excellence in a remote environment, the Vice President of Clinical Operations will manage the clinical supply to meet member demand, oversee the infrastructure for efficient care-team workflows, and ensure financial accountability for daily practice operations.
Key responsibilities
- Own the balance of clinical supply to member demand, maintaining utilization within a healthy 90-110% band
- Ensure reliable completion of onboarding visits and provide on-demand sensor support for enrollment
- Manage operational infrastructure, including scheduling templates and practice reporting, to support care delivery
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in healthcare operations, particularly in virtual/telehealth or multi-site clinical operations
- Expertise in workforce management, supply-demand modeling, and capacity planning
- Experience managing operational budgets and headcount planning with a focus on unit economics
- Proven ability to build and govern practice infrastructure and operational reporting systems
- Strong cross-functional leadership experience across clinical, HR, finance, and product/technology
