Vice President of Clinical Technology

Job Summary

Overseeing the product development function, the full-time Vice President of Clinical Technology will formulate product vision and strategy, drive AI-enabled tech capabilities across the UM lifecycle, and manage enterprise ROI and KPI measurement frameworks while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise UM portfolio strategy and governance, partnering with clinical technology vendors to align roadmap priorities and drive end-to-end delivery
• Drive deployment of AI-enabled capabilities across the UM lifecycle, establishing frameworks to measure operational effectiveness and productivity
• Own the enterprise ROI and KPI measurement framework for UM technology investments, delivering executive-ready reporting on financial performance and vendor outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of clinical technology experience
• Deep understanding of the member journey
• Product development experience
