A company is looking for a Vice President of Clinical Trial Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership for clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate the organization's vision into operational strategies for integrating clinical trials into routine care
• Direct end-to-end trial operations, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulatory standards
• Manage staff and resources effectively to support trial demands and enhance participant engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• At least 10 years of experience in clinical research operations
• A minimum of 7 years in senior leadership roles overseeing multi-site or enterprise-level programs
• Deep knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH-GCP, and clinical trial processes
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex portfolios in a matrixed environment
