Vice President of Cloud Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Cloud Operations to lead the operational delivery and performance of global SaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Own operational outcomes for production SaaS environments, ensuring availability, performance, and service delivery
• Lead global Cloud Engineering and incident management teams, ensuring consistent execution across regions
• Implement and refine operational processes and drive improvements through AI and automation

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in SaaS, cloud operations, or technology leadership roles
• 5+ years leading global operations or production support teams in a SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience operating large-scale SaaS platforms, preferably in AWS
• Strong understanding of modern SaaS operational practices including SRE and DevOps
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
