Vice President of Coaching Education

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, ICF Coaching Education.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of the strategic impact plan in alignment with organizational priorities
• Oversee development and delivery of programs, services, and events
• Partner with Board leadership to ensure sound fiscal planning and stewardship

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of leadership experience in association management, nonprofit, or higher education environments
• Demonstrated experience working with nonprofit Boards of Directors
• Experience with accreditation, credentialing, or standards-based programs
• Master's degree required
• Experience managing a 501(c)(6) organization preferred
