Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
• 7+ years of leadership experience in call center operations
• 10+ years in mortgage servicing or financial services with a focus on collections
• Knowledge of relevant state and federal laws and regulations
• Experience with call center management systems and customer-facing applications
