Vice President of Commerce Technology

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of enterprise technology initiatives, the full-time Vice President of Commerce Technology will drive revenue growth across digital commerce channels while ensuring the delivery of secure and scalable technology solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and execute the Commerce Technology strategy, aligning investments with commercial objectives and revenue growth
• Lead the evolution of digital commerce and CRM platforms to ensure customer-centric capabilities across all sales channels
• Establish an AI-first engineering operating model to accelerate innovation and optimize technology investments

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred
• 20+ years of technology leadership experience, including executive roles in travel, hospitality, or digital commerce
• Deep expertise in digital commerce technologies, including web, mobile, CRM, and cloud architectures
• Proven experience in defining technology strategy and delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives
• Strong executive leadership capabilities with a track record of building high-performing organizations and leading change
