Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Commercial to lead its Oracle business in the commercial market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic plan for the consulting division, focusing on market trends and service offerings
• Build and lead a sales team while driving business development initiatives and nurturing key stakeholder relationships
• Manage the division's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or a related field; MBA preferred
• 15+ years of experience in consulting with a proven track record in business development
• Experience in growing and leading commercial business divisions in consulting or technology-driven organizations
• Deep understanding of Oracle technologies and licensing experience
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and performance reporting
