Job Summary

To lead U.S. market expansion for a high-growth technology company, the contract-to-hire Vice President of Commercial will develop and execute a go-to-market strategy, secure initial enterprise customers, and establish the U.S. commercial organization while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the U.S. go-to-market strategy across key verticals such as biotech and life sciences
  • Personally lead and close initial enterprise deals within the first 90-120 days
  • Design and hire the initial commercial team, including Enterprise Account Executives
Required qualifications
  • 10-15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales
  • Proven experience building or scaling a commercial function in the U.S
  • Strong track record of closing enterprise deals with ACV of $50K-$250K or higher
  • Experience selling into life sciences, CROs, or enterprise R&D environments
  • Ability to operate strategically and tactically in an early-stage environment
