Job Summary

To drive U.S. market expansion for a high-growth technology company, the contract-to-hire Vice President of Commercial will develop and execute the go-to-market strategy, secure initial enterprise customers, and build the U.S. commercial organization remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute U.S. go-to-market strategy across key verticals, including biotech and enterprise R&D
  • Lead and close initial enterprise deals within the first 90-120 days while building and managing an early-stage pipeline
  • Design and hire the initial commercial team, establishing sales processes, KPIs, and reporting infrastructure
Required qualifications
  • 10-15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales
  • Proven experience building or scaling a commercial function in the U.S
  • Strong track record of closing enterprise deals valued at $50K-$250K+ ACV
  • Experience selling into life sciences, CROs, or enterprise R&D environments
  • Ability to operate strategically and tactically in an early-stage environment
