Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President, Commercial Development (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead the U.S. commercial organization to drive successful launches and maximize commercialization of the oncology portfolio
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy, ensuring measurable business impact and compliance with regulatory standards
- Lead the design and implementation of a world-class Commercial Training and Employee Development function
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 20+ years, Master's degree with 15+ years, or PhD with 10+ years of relevant experience
- 15+ years in Commercial roles in Biotech, Pharmaceuticals, or Life Sciences, with prior experience as a CCO preferred
- Experience in both small/start-up and established biopharmaceutical companies
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing commercial strategies for specialized products, particularly in Oncology
- Strong understanding of the U.S. pharmaceutical market dynamics and commercial aspects of Oncology Rare Disease
