Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Commercial Operations, Commercial Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue strategy and planning, including forecasting and KPI frameworks
• Lead sales operations by optimizing processes and ensuring forecast accuracy
• Oversee customer success operations, including onboarding and retention analytics

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in Sales or Revenue Operations leadership, preferably in healthcare SaaS or RCM
• Experience with enterprise sales teams handling $100K+ ACV deals
• Proven success in scaling revenue in high-growth environments
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and CRM systems
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus
