Vice President of Commercial Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Commercial Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and govern the global sales operating model, including territory design and quota frameworks
• Own CRM strategy and ensure pipeline integrity, forecasting, and data governance across commercial systems
• Lead the global proposal management function and drive commercial performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or commercial operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience in a $1B+ revenue organization or similarly complex global enterprise
• Proven track record in bid management or large deal pursuit functions
• Experience in building and scaling GTM technology stacks, including CRM and BI platforms
• Bachelor's degree required
