Vice President of Commercial Operations

Job Summary

Vice President of Commercial Operations is a full-time, salaried position responsible for scaling and improving the commercial operating system while leading a high-performing team in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the end-to-end commercial operating system to support scalable growth
• Lead and inspire the Commercial Operations organization, setting clear success metrics and operating rhythms
• Partner with Finance and Commercial leadership on planning processes, including quota setting and territory design

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
• 15+ years of experience in commercial, revenue, or sales operations, with 5-7 years in leadership roles
• Experience in high-growth B2B or B2B2C environments, preferably in healthcare or related industries
• Expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and commercial performance management
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce and sales productivity tools, along with experience in AI and data-driven technologies
